NUIC Development is enhancing Jersey City, NJ, by constructing 44 mixed-income rental units, which include 11 affordable units. This project is located in a redevelopment area close to light rail transportation and supports the growth of the community in a gentrifying market. The team assisted the developer in securing $3 million from the HOME Investment Partnership Program.
