At Sackett St. Condominiums, we are leveraging the City’s zoning regulations to develop 40 affordable housing units for first-time homebuyers with incomes between 70% and 120% of the area median. This initiative aims to improve housing accessibility and empower middle-income families to participate in Jersey City’s evolving landscape, which is becoming more expensive and exclusive. The project includes a $15 million investment from the state to help create housing for flood victims in the region.
