Linden St. Homes, Salem
Restrepo & Associates, in collaboration with The Authority, has acquired ten vacant properties and commenced the construction of six homes for families with an annual income ranging from $40,000 to $80,000. This initiative is part of a comprehensive citywide revitalization strategy and is supported by a $4 million investment from the state.
