Linden St. Homes, Salem

Restrepo & Associates, in partnership with The Authority, will acquire 10 vacant properties and demolish hazardous structures to build six homes for middle-income families. This project is part of a broader citywide revitalization strategy and is backed by a $4 million investment from the state.
