Casas Del Rio, Camden

Camden Lutheran Housing Inc. is set to begin construction on the first phase of Casas Del Rio, comprising 26 residential units. Restrepo and Associates successfully facilitated the acquisition of the land, which encompasses two city blocks. We also secured a commitment for a subsidy amounting to $6 million and all necessary approvals.
