Camden Lutheran Housing Inc. is poised to commence construction on the initial phase of Casas Del Rio, which encompasses 26 residential units situated on two undeveloped parcels of land. The project has obtained planning approval and secured a $6 million subsidy from the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs' Affordable Housing Trust Fund.
