NUIC is in the process of developing 44 mixed-income rental units across several vacant lots located within a designated redevelopment zone at 174 MLK Drive in Jersey City. Restrepo Associates has provided assistance in securing a $3 million grant specifically designated for the development of 10 affordable housing units.
