Founded by John Restrepo, a nationally respected affordable housing developer and urban planning professional with more than 25 years of experience, our company was built on both professional expertise and personal purpose. Having grown up in an underserved immigrant community in New Jersey, John witnessed firsthand how stable housing can shape families and communities. That experience continues to drive our mission today to expand access to safe, high quality, affordable homes for working families, seniors, veterans, individuals with special needs, and those who need them most.
Since our founding, Restrepo & Associates has partnered with nonprofit organizations and public agencies to develop a growing portfolio of affordable housing initiatives valued at tens of millions of dollars. From identifying development opportunities and securing funding to navigating government programs and overseeing project execution, we provide the strategic guidance needed to turn vision into reality.
